Ordering Information

There are several ways to order from Parentbooks. The best way, of course, is to visit our store and browse to your heart's content. However, if you can't get to us, you still have several options. We will be happy to take your order over the phone (see our toll-free phone number below), or you can fax or mail your book order. A printable copy of the order form is available by clicking here. Any way you choose to purchase your books, Parentbooks guarantees a prompt reply.

Order Form

Use the form below to securely order from Parentbooks. Please fill in all appropriate fields or we will not be able to process your order. When you press the "Submit" button below, your order will be sent and you will receive a "Thank You" message. Please note that your order will also be acknowledged by email when processed by our staff.

Agency and institutional customers: Please include the name of the agency and the person placing the order in the "Name" field. For large orders, please call or fax your request. If your agency uses purchase order (POs) please call to set up an account.

Shipping & handling on individual orders (large orders will be calculated by weight):

Expedited Mail; Ontario Postal Codes M & L: First item $7.50 - each additional item add $0.50; Rest of Ontario/Quebec: $8.00 - each additional item add $1.00
Rest of Canada (except NU, NT, YK): first item $11.00 - each additional item add $1.00
US Postal Rates: .5 kg $12.00; 1 kg and up, starting at $20.00
International Postal Rates: 250 gr to .5 kg starting at $20.00; .5 kg to 1 kg starting at $40.00

HST1 of 5% applies to all Canadian orders, and HST2 is added where applicable.

Without all the above information, your order cannot be processed quickly.

Prices are subject to change without notice and are quoted are in Canadian dollars.

Titles in stock customarily ship within 48 hours. Out-of-stock titles, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
